The ultimate of form and function for your 1st gen Tacoma! This bumper adds TONS of protection and clearance all while wrapping around bed quarter panels for a simple no-cut installation! Simply remove your old bumper and bolt this on to factory locations!
Features:
- Laser cut and brake formed 3/16" HRPO Steel construction throughout plus 1/4" HRPO Steel Mounting plates.
- Integrated 3/4" thick through-welded recovery points tie directly to frame mounting. Fits 3/4" D-rings.
- Bumper Sides braced directly to the frame mounting plates with 1-3/4" DOM tube, and the sides wrap under your bed sides for complete protection.
- 4 factory bolt locations per frame rail; 8 total mounting bolts
- Maintains use of factory license plate lights for ease of install.
- 2 versions of optional 2" receiver hitch (not Towing load rated). This bumper is not compatible with factory or other aftermarket hitches. Hitch can be under bumper or high clearance hitch hidden behind the license plate (requires A flip-up license plate mount for access, sold separately) We sell one HERE
- Standard back up light cutouts for Rigid D-Series Flush Mount LED's.
- Weighs approximately 120lbs

Carriers come standard with backing plate to mount Rotopax on left side of carrier. Bolt any Rotopax Pack mount directly to our tire carrier backing plate. (You do not need the round Rotopax base plate included with their handles to mount to our backing plate)

Optional add on Dual Jerry can holder will fit 2) 5-gallon Jerry cans (Flush weld seam cans only). This Jerry can holder will bolt directly to our Rotopax backing plate so you can switch it up depending on your adventure.
- Optional camp table is brake formed from 14ga Cold rolled steel and measures a generous 32" wide to fit things such as a camp stove or grill, plus cutting boards, drinks, or anything else you need a flat surface for.
AVAILABILITY:
Each bumper is hand built to-order in our NV fab shop: Lead times apply to all bumpers. Lead time for fabrication is 8-12 weeks depending on options and other factors. Tire carriers can add 2-4 weeks extra. We hand build all products in our Sparks, NV shop with great attention to detail and pride in our work and will not cut corners just to ship quicker. Local pick up orders have the option of powder coat for additional cost, please reach out for details.
