Our Defender series front bumper for the 2017-2020 ZR2 features:
- Laser cut and precision brake formed 3/16" HRPO Steel Construction throughout!
- Beefy 1.75" x .120 wall DOM tubing for top Defender hoop
- Integrated 3/4" thick through-welded steel recovery points for maximum strength and safety.
- Bumper mounts to the frame with 10 factory bolt locations
- Frame mounting reinforcement plates included STANDARD
- Weight: 125lbs.
- Winch ready! Integrated winch plate houses common 8-12K winches. Warn VR Evo series winches recommended.
- Front cutouts for ease of access to winch free spool lever.
- Works with Factory skid plate or our upgraded 1/4" Marine Grade aluminum upgraded skid plate
- 30" scalloped LED light bar cutout designed specifically for the 30" Baja Designs S8 bar

- Bumpers ship raw/bare steel. A finish must be applied to prevent rust.
Installation does require cutting the factory front bumper. Confirmed to work with both non-body lift trucks and body lifted trucks. Cut line on the factory bumper will be lower on a body lifted truck compared to a non-body lift truck.
Recommended winches: Warn vr EVO 10s, Warn 9.5 XPS, Warn M8-S (winch must have relocatable control pack)

All bumpers are made to order and a manufacturing lead time will apply, estimated at 8-12 weeks from date of order. Contact us prior to ordering for the most accurate lead time if this is a concern. We hand build all products in our Sparks, NV shop and take great pride in the quality of work we put out. We won't cut corners to ship an order sooner.
