This is the 2016+ Tacoma High Clearance rear plate bumper. Each bumper is hand made to order from a CNC cut sheet of steel, then CNC press brake formed and precision MIG welded together by skilled fabricators in our Nevada fab shop.
This is the ultimate rear bumper for extreme off road use, offering the maximum departure angles and side clearance while adding some bedside protection, and giving an aggressive and clean look on your Tacoma. Every bumper includes standard recovery points, and includes any necessary installation hardware. Requires cutting off bed sides at bottom of tail lights!
- Steel bumpers are made with a solid 3/16" steel outer shell
- 1/4" Steel mounting plates
- 3/4" thick through-welded recovery points.
- Approximate weight is 150lbs base bumper weight.
- Standard hitch integrated under the bumper.
- Standard back up light cutouts for Baja Designs S2 Flush Mount lights.
- Cutting bedsides is required for installation

- Bumpers Ship Raw/ Bare Steel. A Finish must be applied to prevent rust.

Key Notes:
- - Blind spot monitoring system is not supported and will be removed upon installation. The system can then be turned off via button on Vehicle lower dash. This is not the same system as the Sonar sensors which can be retained if desired.
- - Factory license plate lights are not compatible. NEW LED lights will be provided with the bumper at no additional cost. Basic wiring connection splicing required.
- - Does not work with the factory hitch, integrated under mount hitch included with trailer wire relocation bracket standard.
- -Extending factory 7-pin wiring may be necessary, or purchase Curt 55384 harness that will make up the length necessary with the addition of a 4-pin harness that can be used for other accessories or tied up under truck.
- Bumpers Ship Bare Metal. A Finish must be applied to prevent rust.
