This is the ultimate rear bumper for both overlanding to extreme off roading and rock crawling! Offering added departure and side clearance while adding some bedside protection, and giving an aggressive and clean look on your Tacoma. Requires cutting off bed sides at bottom of tail lights!
Specs:
- Laser cut and precision brake formed 3/16" HRPO Steel throughout, plus 1/4" HRPO Steel Mounting plates.
- Attaches to the frame with the 5 factory tow hitch bolt locations per frame rail, 10 total bolt locations.
- Integrated 3/4" thick through-welded recovery points tie directly to frame mounts for maximum strength and safety. Fits 3/4" D-rings.
- Approx. weight: 130lbs. base, tire carriers add 65+lbs
- Internal bracing ties between frame mounting plates and side sections of bumper for extra strength.
- Reuses factory license plate lights for ease of installation
- Standard cutouts for back up lights. Fits Baja Designs S2 Flush mount lights. and the KC Hi-Lites Flush Mount FE1 (new feature)
- New Integrated 2" receiver hitch options are available. Cannot re-use/retain factory hitch. Our hitch options are not load rated or certified to original rated capacity, towing is at the judgement of the user.
- Cutting factory bedsides is required for installation.
- Bumpers ship raw/bare steel. A finish must be applied to prevent rust. Powder coating is available for local pick up customers only, at additional cost. Contact for details.
Tire carrier info:
- Carriers come standard with backing plate to mount Rotopax on left side of carrier. Bolt any Rotopax Pack mount directly to our tire carrier backing plate. (You do not need the round Rotopax base plate included with their handles to mount to our backing plate)

Optional add on Dual Jerry can holder will fit 2) 5-gallon Jerry cans (Flush weld seam cans only). This Jerry can holder will bolt directly to our Rotopax backing plate so you can switch it up depending on your adventure.
- Optional camp table is brake formed from 14ga Cold rolled steel and measures a generous 32" wide to fit things such as a camp stove or grill, plus cutting boards, drinks, or anything else you need a flat surface for.
